In Class Today: Students will analyze a map of Mesopotamia and determine how geography impacted the economy in this part of the world. They will complete the Mesopotamian Trade Google Classroom Activity. Warm Up: Sticky note check. Tuesday, February 20: Add the following vocabulary webs: bartering, supply and demand. In Class Today: Students will learn about the economic concept of supply and demand. Warm Up: Quiz Wednesday, February 21: Complete the Silk Road worksheet. In Class Today: Students will complete the Silk Road activity in Google Classroom. Warm Up: None. Thursday, February 22: Study guide is due on Tuesday, February 27. In Class Today: Students will review the importance of the Silk Road. They will present the answer to the following question in a creative format of their choice: "How was the Silk Road more than just a road?" Warm Up: Sticky note check. Friday, February 23: Study guide is due on Tuesday. In Class Today: Students will complete the Ancient Roman Economy Google Classroom Activity. Warm Up: Map analysis of ancient Rome.
